Margherita $15
San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, basil, olive oil.
Dough that rests for 48 hours, San Marzano tomatoes, and a bed of glowing oak. That's the whole secret, and it's still the best pizza in town.
Our oven was built by hand from Italian refractory brick and has been lit almost every day since we opened. We feed it seasoned oak, keep the floor at 800°F, and every pie bakes in about ninety seconds: blistered crust, soft center, nothing in between.

Any two pizzas and a salad for $36, dine-in or takeout.
One kids' pie free with every adult entrée, 4–7 PM.
Stretch, top and bake your own pie with our pizzaiolo. $30, booking required.
Fire stays lit until 10 PM Friday & Saturday. Half-price garlic knots after 9.

Party packs start at 5 pies with salad and knots. For bigger events our mobile oven comes to you and bakes on site.
